These FAQ's are intended to provide additional details, and address some of the most common questions, regarding the WATCH product; including but not limited to, certain conditions pertaining to the free service and the accessibility and availability of the WATCH product. Please read below for further information.

Is there a cost to download any of the WATCH Disney apps on iTunes App Store?
The WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney XD and WATCH Disney Junior apps are free to download from the App Store.
From your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, go to the App Store and search for "WATCH Disney".
Which Apple mobile devices are supported?
Any Apple mobile device with iOS 5.0 or above.
Includes the following:
iPad (1st generation or later)
iPhone (3GS or later)
iPod touch (3rd generation or later)
If you have not upgraded to iOS 5.0 or above, you must first upgrade in order to use the WATCH Disney app. For more info on how to upgrade: http://www.apple.com/ios/
Do you have an app for mobile devices that run Android?
At this time, we do not support or have an app available for Android devices.

, you may find that our site works in your Internet browser, but we cannot guarantee that it will work.
Do the WATCH Disney apps support iCloud for syncing between iOS devices?
Yes, the WATCH Disney apps support iCloud for syncing between iOS devices for Viewing History. iCloud must be activated for this feature to work.
To check whether you have iCloud enabled, tap on "Settings" from your home screen, then "iCloud". If you're not signed in to iCloud, you must sign in with your apple ID and password. You must also sign in to iCloud on your other iOS device(s) using the same apple account.
Can I stream my iOS device to my apple TV using airplay?
Sorry, Airplay is not currently supported.
I am trying to download one of the WATCH Disney apps, and I'm getting an error message telling me to update to iOS 5.0.
You must upgrade to iOS 5.0 in order to download and use any of the WATCH Disney apps. If you are not sure how to upgrade to iOS 5.0, please follow the instructions on the apple support site: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972
After you have installed iOS 5.0, come back and download your selected WATCH Disney app on the iTunes App Store.
While downloading one of the WATCH Disney apps, the download got stuck before finishing.
If the app download icon appears stuck, you will need to delete and reinstall the app. Follow the steps below:
1. Touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.
2. Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete.
3. Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.
4. Press the Home button.
5. Go to the App Store.
6. Search for "WATCH Disney" and then download it again.
